Life seems to naturally carry opportunities to help the poor on a regular basis and making the most of every opportunity as it concerns the gospel. The definition of evangelism should be under scrutiny in my opinion. We tend to beat ourselves up for not "evangelizing" when in so many ways we are every time we help someone in need.

Interesting stuff, esp. the look at the verses in Galatians. I often wrestle with the fact that on a practical level, I am not "feeding the hungry, caring for the sick, or visiting the imprisoned"-- which Jesus connects to those who inherit the kingdom (Matthew 25). Especially as someone whose primary responsibilities lie within the church community, I like something is missing in my service.
